- Shallot
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Dried Chili

- Canola Cooking Oil
- Sesame Seed Oil
- Light Soy Sauce
- Chinese Cooking Wine
Steamed fish on high heat for 5 minutes then simmer with no heat for 5 minutes.
The verdict - Fishes:
- Kamkuey (Jack Fish) flesh was a bit dry for my liking. It's like the black pomfret flesh.
- Baby Red Snapper was sweet and juicy. Nice when steamed.
- "Dunno-What-Fish" (probably baby grouper) has the flaky flesh which I like. And it's was sweet, creamy and juicy similar to cod.
