Ingredients:
- German Pepper Sausage (from Tesco)
- Bratwurst Munich-Style Sausage (from Tesco)
- Salad : Butterhead, Cherry Tomatoes, Celery, Yellow Capsicum, Raisins & Crushed Walnut
- Dressing : Mustard, Honey, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Shallots (own mix)
- Mashed Potatoes : Potatoes, Butter & Mixed Herbs (forgot to get milk :p)
- Garlic Bread : Mini Baguette, Butter & Garlic
- Sauerkraut (from Tesco)
Methods:
- Sausages : Oven grilled.
- Mashed Potatoes : Roughly mashed with bits of chunkiness.
- Garlic Bread : Mixed butter & finely chopped garlic and spread over baguette. Baked in oven toaster.
The verdicts:
- German Pepper Sausage : Tasted a bit porky and tough. Hardly get the taste of pepper.
- Bratwurst Munich-Style Sausage : Softer compared to German Pepper Sausage.
- Salad & Dressing : Blend quite well with the rest. Has a bit of sweetness in it.
- Mashed Potatoes : A bit dry for my taste as I forgotten the milk :p
- Garlic Bread : Was a bit burnt on the side.
- Sauerkraut : Too sour to my liking - if eat on its own. But it blend well with the sausages.
