Dinner - 19 July 2010
Tonight dinner we had Lotus Root Soup and Stir Fried Petai with chili padi & small white anchovies.
Ingredients:
Lotus Root
Red Dates ("Hong Zhou")
Dried Squid ("Yau Yu")
Spare Rib ("Pai Kuat")
Salt to taste
I boiled the soup at least 2 hours.
Ingredients:
Petai
Small White Anchovies
Garlic
Chili Padi
Dark Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
I stir fried in high heat wok for 15-20 minutes.
