Ingredients:

- Corn
- Spare Ribs
- Red Dates
- Salt to Taste
I boiled the soup on high heat for 2 hours and on low flame to simmer another 3 hours.
Mui Choy Kau Yoke
The verdicts:
- Mui Choy tasted artificial.
- The meat was ok.
- Overall it's salty even it was taken with steamed rice.
Satay - Beef & Chicken
The verdicts:
- Beef was tender (a bit dry due to it was in the fridge overnight and was heated up in microwave.)
- Chicken was still juicy and tender.
- Tend to bite into some bits of blended lemongrass as it was part of the meat marination.
- Gravy very nutty and creamy. Combine with the sambal provide, it make the perfect match.
