This my 1st time to Pudu for it's Siew Yoke Rice. I heard of this place for a while now. I never did enjoy Siew Yoke much until I tried these...
I like the rice texture and the fragrance of the ginger and fried shallots.
We had 2 stripes of the Siew Yoke and half Roasted Chicken.
See the combination of the lean and fats??? The skin were crunchy and meat were succulent.
After lunch, we drove to Pudu Plaza to "dabao" the Rojak Buah. See the yumminess???
