Steamed the fish on high heat for 5 minutes and simmer (no heat) for another 3 minutes. I didn't quite like the texture of this fish (Sou Mei) as it felt tough and chewy.
Bought this "Oo Dau Kau Yoke" from the market. Taste better than the previous "Mui Choy Kau Yoke". Goes well with the porridge.
