The verdicts:
- The clear soup and has the pork bones (dai kuat) taste in the broth.
- Simple plain soup noodle with pieces of "Char Siew", slices of fried bean curd, beansprout and chopped spring onion.
- What I like most is the chili. It's spicy and when you add in the soup, it has nice fragrant and spicy taste to it.
