Hubby and I had lunch at Restorant Kong Sai at Bandar Puteri Puchong over the weekends. It's located near the Puteri Mart.
We ordered quarter steamed chicken (they do not serve roasted chicken), pork maw soup and stir fried yau mak.
The verdicts:
- The "kampung" chicken was tender and juicy with each bite.
- The gravy that came with the chicken was a bit too salty for my liking. However, the special sauce (above) that they served was just perfect combination with the chicken. It's fragrant with chopped scallion, ginger, parsley, sesame seed oil and some light soy sauce.

- It has pork maw, pork belly, button mushroom in it.
- It has a very peppery taste to it. However, the pork maw were a bit too strong in taste for me.
The verdicts:
- What can I say about this dish? It's full of "wok hei" (as the Cantonese say). Was just a simple stir fried Yau Mak with chopped garlic. But it's so flavorful.
