Ah Yip Herbal Soup @ Summit Subang

Back to Puchong on the 3rd day of CNY. It was such a quiet town and we decided to do window shop in Summit Subang on Saturday. After an hour of walking, hubby & I decided to have lunch. Came across Ah Yip Herbal Soup restaurant. It's been a long while since I had Ah Yip's. It was hubby's first.

We decided to order set, since it comes with "Gui Lin Gou". We both had Mushroom Duck Drumstick Soup Noodles.

Mushroom Duck Drumstick Soup Noodle

Verdicts:
  • Still as yummy as before. Very thick of herbal tasting soup.
  • Big piece of duck drumstick - however, we find the meat a bit dry.

Side Order : Steamed Tofu with Fried Garlic & Fried Dried Shrimps

Verdicts:
  • Both fried garlic & fried dried shrimps were superb. Add flavour to the plain tofu.
  • Sauce was a bit too salty for my liking.
